Project Manager to lead a MD State Self-Assessment project. This person would lead a team of MMIS Subject Matter Experts, Technical Writers, Enterprise Architects, and Business Analyst to assess the State’s Medicare Medicaid Information System (MMIS). The scope of the project is six-month engagement, where the team would conduct onsite discovery sessions with state officials to assess and analyze the “As Is” status of the MMIS, and the dependent work flows and business processes. The assessment includes a series of workshops and interviews with each of the ten MMIS business areas to capture information about the operations, and the team will analyze the data and generate a roadmap of recommendation to achieve the desire “To Be” environment.
Skill Requirements:

PMP Certification

Experience leading at least 2 projects of $500K or more within the last five years.

Experience on State or Federal projects preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Overall Maintenance, support and documentation of all aspects of the current Microsoft Office 365 Facilitate end-user access to Department-wide e-mail lists and public folders in Office 365.

Expert knowledge in ADFS and Azure AdConnect

Provide cloud mailbox recovery, litigation hold support and E-discovery pulls

Support ENS emergency notification system including but not limited to integration with OIG mobile devices

Provide Office 365 administration through staff with expert knowledge and certification

Perform back-up and recovery functions for ADFS and related services

Provide enhanced Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Outlook Web Access via implementation of certificate-based security using the HHS Public Key Infrastructure

Utilize server management and monitoring software, including SolarWinds, NetIQ AppManager etc

Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops with Outlook and similar clients
